ZST-LL/LY model Vertical Screw (Hydraulic) Valve Test Machine

ZST-LL/LY model vertical screw (hydraulic) valve test machine is suitable for flanged end and welded end straight-through valves. It adopts screw or (oil cylinder) to tighten valve to test. There is safety interlock beween screw upward( backward) and test medium pressure, Screw can rise after test medium pressure relief.

The machine can be made in multi-station structure.

Sealing mode:  valve end "O" type ring pressure difference blind flange、groove “O" type ring pressure difference blind flange 、inner tunnel sealing and etc.,

Equip LP water filling、HP water filling and pressure-keeping & timing auto control system.

Test medium is water or air(6 bar gas source supplied by customer, test medium water can be recycling), can be changed over by pipeline control valve.

Touch screen data record system can be as optional item.
