Warranty period:12 months since the date of installation, commissioning and acceptance or 13 months since the date of equipment shipment.

We provide free training in China. Before shipment, we provide operation instruction, detailed drawings and maintenance manual with equipment together.

After-sales service

We will respond within 8 hours after receiving trouble notification, and we will troubleshoot by e-mail, WeChat or other means.

We will respond technical issues during equipment operation within 12 hours.

During warranty period, we will provide paid service in the following situations:

1.Abnormal operation, human, natural disaster or improper storage and maintenance.

2. Malfunctions or damages caused by user modifications, disassembly, dismantling or assembly of  equipment.

3. Normal replacement of fragile parts(such as sealing parts, filter, program software lost and etc.,)
